You can call our 24 hour payments line at 1 (833) 743-5199. There is no fee for this service.

How can I contact someone about my trash or recycling services?

The city contracts with Republic Services for trash and recycling  services. For a missed pickup or special services, call them directly at (714) 847-3581. For questions regarding Holiday scheduling call or click here!

What if I have a question about my alarm permit?

Fountain Valley Municipal Code FVMC 4.55 states any resident or business with an alarm system must obtain a permit. Please call the Police Department at (714) 593-4485 for more information.

How can I tell if I am signed up for auto pay?

If you are signed up for auto pay, the amount paid portion will have printed 'AUTO PAY DO NOT PAY'. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our office during normal business hours at (714) 593-4420.
