The Utility Billing Department will transition to a new software system in late spring. As part of this upgrade, all Utility Accounts will require an update to their Water Account numbers. The new system will also generate a unique Customer ID for each account. Please be aware that when making payments online or through our automated system, you will need to enter the new Water Account number and Customer ID as indicated on your bill.
Customers with a registered account on our website will be able to log in using their existing credentials.
Those enrolled in autopay via checking account will not need to update their settings.
Please note that our current system will cease operations in late spring. During the transition, customers will be unable to access our website or automated phone system for payment processing for a period of one week. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
